FAQS
Where's my HIGH TEES - my package hasn't arrived just yet?
HIGH TEES are printed to order so they can take a little longer than off the shelf, bulk manufactured products.
Please allow 14-20 days for your HIGH TEES to arrive. For our international customers, allow 20-25 days depending on where you're located.
Check your tracking code with Australia Post via this website - Australia Post. If you have no luck with Australia Post, please send an email to HIGH TEES via hello@hightees.com.au with your order number and tracking code.
Oh uh... my HIGH TEES is the wrong size, what do I do?
We are happy to exchange your tee for a tee of the same value if the size is not quite right for you. All you have to do is return the original tee unworn and unused.
Please note, we do not exchange if the product has been worn, used or damaged. Further information about our return policy and procedure is available here.
Can you do bespoke HIGH TEES designs? I'd love to get a HIGH TEES portrait of my Dad as a present for his birthday.
Yes we can! We love custom originals - whether it's for your dad, your fur baby, your teacher or your neighbour.
A custom design order requires a minimum of four weeks to complete and the price starts at $120.00. Send an email to hello@hightees.com.au and we can discuss your individual needs and your proposed HIGH TEES hero.
FYI - we do draw the line (pardon the pun!) at babies because even though they're very cute they're also very tricky to draw. And we do not draw trade-marked characters and images as that would be a breach of copyright.
What's the HIGH TEES printing process?
Jess designs and hand draws the image using a monochromatic range of markers. The image is sent to local printers who print the HIGH TEES.The prints are created using the latest ‘direct-to-garment’ (DTG) printing equipment allowing 'print to order' production. Brother GT DTG machines and industry-leading heat-curing equipment create the best full-colour, water-based prints making sure the print is a true match to Jess's original design.
The inks are water-based inks from Brother and unlike other inks on the market, these water-based digital inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified and CPSIA compliant, making them safe to print on baby and youth apparel. Water-based inks also have a reduced impact on the environment compared to common plastisol inks.
